Carlton Landing Part 3: Architecture Walking Tour

by Malena Lott

Take a walk with Grant Humphreys as he explains how they came to decide the architectural style for their lakeside community and see houses and cottages of all sizes under construction. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space planning for Carlton Landing, from the boardwalks to the book ended park and swimming pool on Boulevard.

One of my favorite lines from the interview is when Grant says about the pool, “If you have a burger but no beer, or beer but no burger, someone at the pool will have it and share it.” I love that sense of community and true neighborly kindness.

You bring the burgers. I'll bring the beer. Pool time!
