Park Stomp 2014 is sure to bring a smile to your face and a little joy into your life. Whether you are into bluegrass, country, rockabilly, punk or rock you will find some fabulous entertainment amid the historic cobblestone community of Medicine Park. Live music will be filling the air downtown Friday, March 21st from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday, March 22nd noon to midnight and Sunday, March 23rd starting at noon and going until 8 p.m. In addition to the concerts on Saturday, the 1st Annual V-DUBS in the Park will make its debut. The show and shine event will feature 25 water-cooled and 25 air-cooled Volkswagens.
If picking is your idea of a party then the Junk Hippy Road Show will be perfect for you. This eclectic shopping event travels throughout Texas and Oklahoma. On Saturday, March 22nd from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. you’ll find vintage goods, junk, antiques and more at the Expo Center in McAlester. Admission is $5, and children 13 and under are admitted free.
You know it’s springtime when home and garden shows begin popping up like the first buds of spring. Three home and garden shows are available to choose from across the state the weekend of March 21-23.
